This commissioned project came from the world-famous brands of welding. Customer requested that the product design should comply with brand’s VI vocabulary and lead the trends in this area.
Welding products involved in more complex mechanical structure and the use of scenarios, we provided the clients with an in-depth research to communicate with the content of products people were involved in interaction with the use of scenarios, products, color and materials research, and the language design synthesis of existing competitive brands of course.
Designers studied the internal mechanical structure welding products in detail, by which design shape from internal to external. Plastic sheet metal structure was designed to improve the performance of the original product's assembly. Among them, a key locking mechanism became the biggest highlight of this product, so that the host and water tanks can be very convenient to be demolished. Meanwhile, the handle and control panel design also takes into account the use of environmental and human-computer operations, and many other factors.
As the complexity of the product at the same time required mobility, therefore, from the shell to handle till each button, for almost every detail, our team had carried out a deep research and morphological studies. The final shape of the product design, both in line with the stringent fulfilled the requirements of industrial production, without losing its lead as the field's unique design the necessary gesture.
In the design of the end, we also specified in detail for the customer's products CMF files and outlook decals. The entire design process is clear, timely and with effective communication with customers and won the praise of customers. After the product launch, it occupied the same brand sales market in a short time. With the survey based on the user, our products follow-up service for provide customers with a reference for their next step marketing strategy.
